UK orders are shipped via royal mail/DPD.

International are shipped using DPD/DHL. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. If customs charges are refused, the parcel may be returned and any associated costs may be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that Michini Movement is not responsible for parcels left in a safe place if you choose a delivery service that allows the courier to do so.

Some courier services may leave parcels at your property without obtaining a signature. If you feel your delivery address is not secure (for example, it is located on an open road, has a shared driveway, or is otherwise easily accessible), we recommend selecting a delivery option that requires a signature where available.

Our courier services are reliable, and the vast majority of parcels arrive safely. However, if your chosen delivery service permits parcels to be left in a safe place at the driver's discretion or at your request, please be aware that this is done at your own risk.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the courier service selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed during business days only.
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, or over the weekend or on public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes:

  • House or door number
  • Building name (where applicable)
  • Street name
  • Correct postcode

Michini Movement is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
  • Deliveries sent to business or workplace addresses.

If an order is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a redelivery charge will apply before the parcel can be resent.

Safe Places & Neighbour Deliveries

If you ask the courier to:

  • Leave your parcel in a safe place, or
  • Deliver it to a neighbour,

you do so at your own risk. Michini Movement cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are missing after they have been delivered in accordance with these instructions.
